Replacing the 2CV's floor and bulkhead
After doing the first repairs on the sills, i started to fit the new floor panels and bulkhead. At first I planned to repair the bulkhead, but soon I decided to replace the whole part. The car looks pretty bare without its floor by the way.
The new bulkhead fitted perfectly, so i put it into place and fitted the floor panels after that. On the rear side of the floor panels, the holes should align the holes that are part of the cabin structure; its a nice fixed point to check if everything aligns and fits. I was very pleased with these reproduction parts.
The floor panels also fitted pretty well along the repaired sills. I used clamps to fixate everything into place and then welden the bulkhead in. After then i proceeded with the floors.
